Environment for not-for-profit organisations involved in intercultural issues is like a ryzhome, where as more are the connections between an organisation and its environment, as more chances to interact with it the organisation has. Knowledge is what different organisations can exchange. And shared knowledge of each organisation depends also from the intercultural links it has. And they are continuously developing in interaction with the context. This is why community enlarges and contracts, changes its borders in accordance with situation and participation. And this is why it is very important to develop a creative approach to intercultural issues, because the inter-culture is a process where everybody is engaged in "inventing" its own role and its own way to play it for building a constructive and positive relation within the context, in the respect of the value of differences that identify everyone as strange(r) to other persons. It is fundamental to have creative tools and approaches for the communication between different people that think and live in different ways. This point of view fits well with definition of virtual learning communities, where virtual environment becomes connective tissue of collective intelligences. Collective thought is organized with and around devices translating multitude of events and collective becoming.
